Welcome to the HUAMULAN Affiliate Program. These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the HUAMULAN Affiliate Program. By applying for or participating in the program, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Definitions

4. Affiliate Links
Approved affiliates will receive a unique affiliate tracking link.
Only purchases completed through the assigned affiliate link will be eligible for commission.
HUAMULAN is not responsible for tracking failures caused by:
Browser settings
Cookie deletion
Ad blockers
Incorrect affiliate links
Technical issues outside our control
5. Commission
Affiliates earn a fixed commission of 5% on Qualified Purchases.
A commission is considered earned only after:
The order has been completed.
Payment has been successfully received.
The return period has expired.
The order has not been refunded, canceled, or charged back.
Taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, gift cards, discounts, promotional credits, and other non-product charges may not be commissionable.
HUAMULAN reserves the right to adjust commission rates for future sales by updating these Terms.
6. Payment
Affiliate commissions are generally calculated monthly.
Payments may be issued within 30 days after the end of each calendar month, provided the minimum payout threshold has been met.

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
HUAMULAN is not responsible for payment delays caused by incorrect payment details.
Affiliates are solely responsible for any taxes arising from affiliate earnings in their country or jurisdiction.
7. Qualified Purchases
A purchase qualifies for commission only if:
It is made through the affiliate's unique tracking link.
The customer completes payment.
The purchase is genuine.
The order is not refunded.
The order is not canceled.
The order is not fraudulent.
The purchase complies with these Terms.
HUAMULAN has sole discretion in determining whether a purchase qualifies.
8. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not engage in any activity that could harm HUAMULAN or mislead customers.
Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
Spam emails
Unsolicited messages
Cookie stuffing
Forced clicks
Click fraud
Fake traffic
Bot traffic
Incentivized clicks without approval
Misleading advertisements
False product claims
Fake reviews
Fake testimonials
Impersonating HUAMULAN
Using deceptive marketing practices
Trademark infringement
Copyright infringement
Illegal marketing activities
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
9. Search Engine Advertising
Affiliates may not bid on HUAMULAN trademarks or confusingly similar keywords in paid search advertising.

HUAMULAN Official
HUAMULAN Coupon
HUAMULAN Discount
Affiliates may not use our trademarks in advertisement titles, display URLs, or paid search advertisements that may confuse customers.
10. Coupon Websites
Affiliates may not advertise unauthorized coupons or promotional codes.
Expired, fake, misleading, or unauthorized coupon codes must not be published.
Only official coupons provided or approved by HUAMULAN may be promoted.
11. Domain Names
Affiliates may not register domain names that include or closely resemble HUAMULAN trademarks.
Examples include:
huamulancoupons.com
huamulanhats.net
huamulanofficial.com
huamulandiscount.com
This restriction also applies to subdomains and social media usernames intended to impersonate HUAMULAN.
12. Social Media Promotion
Affiliates may promote HUAMULAN on approved social media platforms.
All promotional content must:
Be truthful.
Accurately represent our products.
Comply with applicable advertising regulations.
Clearly disclose affiliate relationships where required.
Affiliates must not post offensive, illegal, discriminatory, hateful, or misleading content while promoting HUAMULAN.
13. FTC Disclosure
Affiliates are responsible for complying with all applicable advertising disclosure laws.
Where required, affiliates must clearly disclose that they may receive commissions from purchases made through affiliate links.

14. Intellectual Property

No ownership rights are transferred.
15. Product Claims
Affiliates must not make false or misleading statements regarding HUAMULAN products.
Claims regarding product performance, certifications, warranties, or features must accurately reflect the information published by HUAMULAN.
Medical claims, safety claims, or unsupported advertising claims are strictly prohibited.
16. Account Termination
HUAMULAN reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time, with or without prior notice.
Reasons for termination may include:
Violation of these Terms.

Abuse of the Affiliate Program.

Trademark violations.
Fake traffic.
Illegal activities.
Upon termination, unpaid commissions generated through prohibited activities may be forfeited.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HUAMULAN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program.
Our total liability shall not exceed the unpaid commissions owed to the affiliate.
18. Indemnification
Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless HUAMULAN from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:
Affiliate marketing activities.
Violation of these Terms.
Violation of applicable laws.
Intellectual property infringement.
Misleading advertising.
19. Changes to the Program
HUAMULAN reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Affiliate Program at any time.
Updated Terms become effective immediately upon publication on our website unless otherwise stated.
Continued participation in the Affiliate Program constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
20. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts having jurisdiction in the People's Republic of China.
